Selbstliebe.

Sie ist etwas schwieriges. Grenzt manchmal an Egoismus und ist doch eine so wichtige Basis für unser ganzes Leben.

Es gibt so vieles, dass ich an mir mag, und trozdem überschatten die negativen Seiten, welche ich an mir nicht leiden mag so oft mein Qualitäten. 

Lernend aktzeptiere ich mich täglich ein bisschen mehr, versuche mich selber von meiner besten Seite zu sehen und an mir selbst zu wachsen. Aus Fehler lernen.

It's a hard try. It is near your egositic side and the same so important for all your relationsships in your hole life.

There is a lot I like at me, and the same I let grow so big the negative sides, which I don't like on me.

Learning to accept myself always a little more, I try to see myself from my best side and grow over myself. Learn from mistakes.

So beginnen immer wieder neue Lebensabschnitte und jedesmal fülle ich meinen Rucksack ein bisschen mehr mit Erfahrungen.

Dieses Jahr möchte Ich meinen Körper etwas mehr ehren, einges an Gewicht verlieren, Gesund essen und mehr bewegen.

Like this begin a lot of new periods of my life and everytime I fill my backpack a little more with experience.

This year I want to honor my body, loose body weight, eat healty and move more.

Zu Weihnachten haben meine Töchter je eine kleine handgemachte Puppe von mir geschenkt bekommen. Diese sitzen nun bei Ihren Betten und bewachen den Schlaf, schauen tagsüber wie meine Mädchen spielen. Zum spielen sind sie etwas delikat, man muss vorsichtig mit Ihnen umgehen.

For Christmas I made for my two daugthers a little handmade doll. They sit now near their beds and protect their sleep.
To play with this dolls is a little delicate, the can brake if they fall.

January 2013: Free printable!

Ich bin eine Sammlerin! Worte aus Zeitschriften, Federn und Kleinigkeiten aus der Natur und manchmal auch nur ein kleiner Schnipsel mit einer wunderschönen Farbe an welche ich mich erinnern möchte. Diese kleine Dinge verstecken sich dann in meinen Schubladen und Büchern. Diesen Monat will Ich all diese Kleinigkeiten  sammeln in einer extra für Januar 2013 gestalteten Box! Ich bin sicher über den ganzen Monat verteilt wird da so einiges hineinwandern.

Ende Monat habe ich eine Box voller Inspiration und werde wohl ein leeres Buch mit einer Collage pro Monat füllen oder vielleicht wird die Collage auch gerahmt und an die Wand gehängt! Ich lass mich überraschen!

I always collect little things! Words out of magazines, feathers and things I find in nature and sometimes only a very beautiful color I want to conserve. This tiny things then hide in between my drawers or as a bookmark. This month I will collect all this mini things in a box I made espascially for january 2013! I'm sure there will be lots during the months to go inside.

So in the end of the month I have a box full of inspiration and will make a diary with a collage page per month, or maybe I will only make a collage and frame it! Let's see!

Let go... + Take action!

Ich liebe es, auf den Jahresanfang mir neue Ziele zu stecken. Diese in Worte fassen und mein Jahr begleiten lassen. Das gibt mir immer wieder Input und lässt mich wachsen.

Pläne schmieden und diese in die Wirklichkeit umzusetzen.

Mein Jahresmotto für dieses Jahr ist: 

Loslassen... + handeln!

Gehen lassen heisst für mich viele materielle Dinge die uns Zeit rauben auszusortieren und in unserer Wohnung Platz schaffen. Wir behalten nur schönes oder nützliches. 

Es wird mir nicht immer leicht fallen, aber ich bin sicher der Platz den wir somit schaffen wird es wert sein. 

Loslassen heisst für mich auch alte Muster und Verhaltensweisen über Bord zu werfen und neu anzufangen. Frei zu sein und ungebunden.

Handeln, nicht stundenlang im Kopf herumdrehen, wie ich es gerne machen möchte. Mich nicht in Informationen zu verlieren und am Schluss so überfüllt zu sein, dass ich meine eigene Idee verliere. Entscheidungen treffen und diese sofort in Angriff nehmen. Dinge in die Hand zu nehmen und nicht auf Listen schreiben und sammeln.

Mich nicht stundenlang in meinen Gedanken oder den weiten des Internets zu verlieren. Anstelle mich abzulenken, einfach anzufangen und mich dann treiben lassen.

I love to set new goals for the begin of a new year. Put them in words and let them be with me all year long. This is a constant input and let me grow.

Make plans and let them become true!

The motto of this year for me is:

Let go... + and take action!

Do it, not thinking for hours about it, and how I would like to do it. Don't loose myself in information and in the end I'm so full and loose my own idea of the beginning. Decide and take action. Take things in my hands and don't pile up them on lists. 

Don't loose myself for hours in my thinkings and the world of internet. Instead to distract myself, begin in some point and let flow.
