Einen Korb mit einer sehr schönen Form wollte Ich mit Stoff auskleiden. Dafür habe Ich ein Oval aus Stoff in der Grösse des Bodens des Korbes ausgeschnitten und dazu zwei Stoffstreifen als Seitenteile. Diese zwei Streifen habe Ich zu einem Ring geschlossen. und den unteren Teil an das Stoffoval genäht. Oben die Nahtzugabe umgebügelt und das ganze mit grossen Stichen durch den Korb angenäht.

Ich bin begeistert und der ein oder andere Korb wird wohl auch noch einen Innenstoff erhalten.

For a basket with a very nice shape I liked to make a inlet out of fabric. For this I cutted a round piece in the size of the ground and to stripes for the sides. The two stripes I closed to a ring and sewed it to the round ground piece. Up I ironed a little seam allowance and sewed it with big stitches to the basket.

I'm so happy how it came out and will do more inlets for other of my baskets.
